Studio in the Woods 2013 is organised by Polimekanos Ltd. ('Studio in the Woods', 'Polimekanos', 'us', 'we') on behalf of Studioweave Ltd.
Studioweave Ltd. is the supplier of the product (your ticket to the workshop) and the recipient of the payment you are making when buying the ticket from PayPal via www.studiointhewoods.org.uk ('our site’).
Studio in the Woods will be providing drinks and meals, a campsite with access to basic facilities including shower and toilets, building materials, equipment rentals and organise the event and lecture programme.
It is our responsibility to provide these products and services according to accepted standards and regulations, to provide sufficient public liability insurance and ensure that any of our sub-contractors comply to required regulations and insurance standards.

All prices are stated in British pounds. Please note you are responsible for complying with local tax laws.
We reserve the right to change Workshop prices and information without prior notice. Tickets for the workshops are subject to availability.

After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from PayPal acknowledging your payment. The contract between us (‘Contract’) will only be formed when you receive this confirmation Email.
As a consumer, you may cancel a Contract at any time within 7 working days, beginning on the day after you received the PayPal confirmation Email. To cancel a Contract, you must inform us by email.
Studio in the Woods organises suppliers, catering, insurance and other commodities based on the numbers of workshop tickets sold. After this period, you cannot cancel your Contract and your ticket is not refundable.

While we accept responsibility for statements and representations made by our duly authorised agents, please make sure you ask for any variations from these terms and conditions to be confirmed in writing.
If any of these terms and conditions or any provisions of a Contract are determined by any competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, such term, condition or provision will to that extent be severed from the remaining terms, conditions and provisions which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Contracts for the purchase of Products through our site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be governed by English law. The fee pays for the workshop and all materials, delicious (wholesome, local, healthy, organic) catering from morning until evening, and a tenth pitch with basic facilities and showers. You need to cover your journey to and from the site (best by train and bicycle) and bring your own tent and camping gear.
